Curriculum:

This unique syllabus has been designed so that students learn Islamic jurisprudence according to the main classical schools of thought.

Year 1 and 2 Foundation Levels

Arabic, Tajweed, Urdu, Hadith, Fiqh, History 

Year 3 and 4 Intermediate Levels

Arabic, Quran, Ahkam Ul Quran & Usool e Tafseer, Hadith, Usul e Hadith, Fiqh, History, Urdu and Adab-o-Insha (Literature & Style)

Years 5 Advanced Level

Arabic, Quran, Urdu, Ahkam Ul Quran & Usool e Tafseer, Hadith, Usul e Hadith, Fiqh, History, Modern Issues: Challenges for ISlamic Scholars. Work Experience & Dissertation 

Year 6 Takhassus (Specialisation)

Tafseer, Islamic Science (Fiqh), History, Dawah & Hadith

Skills Development

In addition to the core knowledge and training provided on this highly demanding 6-year programme, we also seek to improve an individual social and interpersonal skills. The aim of this is to allow them to become fully functioning and leading members of their communities with a broad set of skills. To this end we will also provide:

• Training to improve basic information technology skills

• Communication and presentation skills (including delivering lectures and public speaking)

• Leadership and time management

• Problem-solving

• Becoming competent in dealing with Masjid governance and management issues

Pathway to higher education and employability

Our programme will provide adequate preparation and a solid knowledge base for those students wishing to complete an advanced Islamic studies course. Moreover, it also gives them the necessary skills to pursue careers as Imams, community workers, teachers, journalists, researchers, and chaplains working in various institutions.
